v-kit HPLC Liquid Flowmeter

Specially designed for HPLC, the v-kit liquid flowmeter from NLG Analytical enables easy and accurate measurement of flow rates of common solvents used in HPLC pumps.

The v-kit HPLC liquid flowmeter displays the current flow rate in ml/min up to four decimal places. An RS-232 port is provided for connection to a serial printer or data-logging device. Alternatively, the data can be read directly into v-kit Autoflow software to produce an audit-friendly, traceable report.

AutoFlow is a PC application, a useful option that automatically captures data from the flowmeter and produces a formatted report in tabular and graphical format with calculation of mean flow, % deviation and RSD.

Using the HPLC liquid flowmeter and v-kit Auto-flow software enables unattended operation particularly useful when measuring the low flow rates associated with LCMS. With the flowmeter its possible to diagnose common HPLC pump problems such as poorly functioning check valves or leaking pump seals.

The v-kit HPLC liquid flowmeter is supplied with a calibration certificate traceable to UKAS (UK equivalent to NIST) and is ideal for IQ/OQ/PQ validations. Standard calibration points are 0.5, 1.0 and 2.0ml/min. The unit can also be supplied calibrated to user-specified flow rates.

A tripod is supplied to enable quick and easy installation of the flowmeter on a bench.
