Getting Traction in HCS Informatics

In its evolution, high content screening (HCS) data analysis is facing similar challenges to those experienced by high-throughput screening (HTS) a few years ago; applying HTS best practices and lessons learnt from early HCS adopters, a number of crucial requirements can be identified for creating an HCS data management and analysis infrastructure.
