Targeting HIV-1 Reverse Transcriptase:a Coat with Many Pockets
The absolute dependence of HIV-1 Reverse Transcriptase – and thus HIV

targeting this function offer potential as anti-AIDS therapies, especially if
they can be shown to potentiate the activity of those drug combinations
currently in use.
