RF-Microchannel-Based Transdermal Delivery

A novel system for active transdermal drug delivery has been developed consisting of a device to form radio-frequency (RF) MicroChannels in the skin and a patch containing the active drug - thereby offering a transdemal solution for the delivery of polypeptides, other large molecules and water-soluble small molecules.
