Small and flexible – FLEXPOINT® MVpico (Edition 2025)

When you are limited in space and weight, FLEXPOINT® MVpico laser modules with a uniform line from LASER COMPONENTS guarantee a high performance. These small line laser modules come at various wavelengths from 405 to 850nm and with an output power up to 100mW, suitable for many applications, e.g. in

• 3D Sensors
• 3D Scanners
• Industrial inspection and quality control

They are protected against ESD, over-temperature and reverse polarity, come with fixed or adjustable focus and feature a diameter of 10mm. For utmost flexibility we provide several housing options, e.g., two housings with separate optical and electronical elements (model –2H).

The FLEXPOINT® MVpico is now available with improved focus mechanics (Edition 2025). This includes better dust and moisture proofness and decreased beam drift during focusing, combined with a shorter housing (47mm focusable, 40mm fixed focus).

What if your application requires an even smaller laser module?
For extremely limited space requirements, we recommend our FLEXPOINT® MVfemto, which is one of the smallest lasers on the market with only 8mm diameter and 40mm housing (fixed focus only).
