Director of R&D fuels scientific discussion on Quantized IBS Nanolaminates
Dr. Sina Malobabic presented our R&D insights on using quantised IBS nanolaminates to manufacture AR coatings for UV wavelengths in a scientific context.
LASER COMPONENTS sent an R&D tandem consisting of Director of R&D Dr. Sina Malobabic and Research Engineer Simon Haugg to the PhotonicsNet Workshop in Hanover on November 23rd where our findings on the use of quantised IBS nanolaminates to manufacture AR coatings were presented.
Due to positive feedback from the other participants, e.g., LZH (Laser Zentrum Hannover), Fraunhofer (IST and IWS), etc., Dr. Malobabic felt inclined to remark:
"The fruitful discussion after [her presentation] showed that we can compete with the best regarding research and development in laser optics."
Stay informed concerning quantized IBS nanolaminates, e.g., by meeting Dr. Malobabic next year in Strasbourg, where she plans to present our latest findings at the SPIE Conference on Optical Thin Films VIII.
